CERTIFIED – TRUE-COPY PROCESSING

PREAMBLE:

Certified True Copy is often issued as a replacement for lost original Letters of Allocations or receipts of payment and any other documents in the property file of properties, as demanded by the bonafide applicant.

PRESENT PRACTICE:

Application:

An allottee applies to the Executive Director (Business Development), specifying the actual documents lost by him and to be replaced.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS

To submit the following documents along with Application for CTC endorsed by the bonafide owner; specifying the lost documents:

  • Original Court Affidavit by the owner of the lost documents;
  • Original Police Report by the owner of the lost documents;
  • Original Newspaper Publication by the owner of the lost documents;
  • ?10,000 Fee Payable for CTC to FHA’s RRR Port;
  • Evidence of payment of outstanding charges on the property under consideration;
  • Completed Personal Data Form, if not in file already, backed with copy of data page of international passport or National ID

REQUIREMENTS FOR CORPORATE BODIES

  • Original Court Affidavit by the Director(s) of the organization or the authorised staff
  • Original Police Report by the Director(s) of the organization or the authorised staff
  • Original Newspaper Publication of the lost documents
  • ?10,000 Fee Payable to FHA’s RRR Port;
  • Evidence of payment of outstanding charges if any;
  • Completed Personal Data Form of Chairman and one (1) of her Director (International Passport or National ID);
