The Management of Federal Housing Authority hereby calls on all allottees and property owners in all Federal Housing Authority Estates in Portharcourt, Rivers State, Rumueme, Trans - Amadi Gardens, and Trans Amadi phasr 1, to come for a verification exercise of

all lands and houses, starting from Wednesday 12th February, 2025.

The exercise will hold at FHA office, 1st floor, Federal Secretariat, Aba Road Port Harcourt from 8am Mondays to Friday.

Allotees are to come with the following:

a. Original letters of allocation

b. All Original receipts of payments (for sighting)

c. Evidence of change of ownership

d 3 passport photographs

e. Company Registration Certificate, for corporate allottees

f. 3 passport photographs each for 2 Directors

g. Valid means of identification
