In a bid for compliance with the new Federal Government's policy on productivity evaluation-based Performance Management System (PMS) Management on Wednesday 17th October 2024, organized a 2-day Step-Down Workshop on the at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Asokoro, Abuja.

The MD represented by the Executive Director Finance Dr Mathias Byuan, in his opening remarks, appreciated all staff present for their hard work. Which is really transforming the Authority. He also commended management for the initiative to organise the event and recognising its crucial needs of the Authority.

 Dr Mathias noted that since the arrival of the new management, FHA now ranks top in terms of remittance of IGR to the Ministry of Finance, a pointer to her rising profile.  He noted that FHA has acquired lands in 28 states of the federation, and construction would soon commence in all the zones of the country.

The ED(Finance) also appreciated the MD in working towards accomplishing the Presidential Mandate of the Renewed Hope Housing Agenda for all Nigerians.

The event progressed later into presentations from different facilitators, on the importance, Adoptance, and usage of the Performance Management System (PMS)

towards achieving a systematic and efficient workforce.
