The Managing Director and Chief Executive, Senator Gbenga Ashafa,  Tuesday, 11th May  2021 paid an unscheduled visit to FHA Diamond estate, Isheri Lagos  State.

The visit which was an on - the spot assessment of the situation around the estate, was a follow up on Management's earlier directive to the Lagos Zonal office of the Authority to asses all the challenges in the Estate.

This is inline with   Senator Ashafa's Management led decision to rehabilitate all of the Authority's Estates across the country, as part of the overall plans to reposition FHA.

The MD/CE stressed the need to have a robust Residents Association in the estate, which will partner with the agency to achieve all the lofty ideas. He noted that the buy - in and collaboration of all residents and allottees is required in the process of restoring the estate. 

While expressing Management's undiluted resolve in the rehabilitation,  Senator Ashafa called on allottees to keep to the terms of their allocations by paying all statutory fees in order to enhance the revenue drive of the Authority
