This facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide critical quality assurance for the construction industry.

As building collapse remains a significant challenge in our urban development. By providing a dedicated space for rigorous scientific testing, FHA is not just building houses; we are building trust, safety, and longevity. Our laboratory is now open to provide world-class testing services to contractors, developers, and the general public, ensuring that every brick laid and every rod used meets the highest standards of structural integrity.

Our Specialized Services

Using the latest industry equipment, our laboratory offers a comprehensive suite of tests:

• Non-Destructive Testing (UPV, Rebound Hammer, Reber scanner tests)

Rebar Scanner tests for locating reinforcement within concrete.

• Destructive Testing (Compressive strength analysis on concrete cube samples).
• Tensile strength tests on reinforcement (steel/iron rod.)
• Comprehensive Soil Investigation tests.
